Our therapy packs can be used as either hot or cold packs, using the microwave or freezer. They come in a 2 pack and are 15x24cms, weighing 500g each. They are 2.5cm in depth to ensure a slim fit when worn in the Belt, without compromising on heat retention. 

The packs are made up of 2 components;
1. The internal pack is filled with 100% clay beads, guaranteeing longer lasting heat retention than standard wheat, rice or lupin filled packs.
2. The removable external cover is made from 68% microfiber, 24% polyester and 8% spandex. It has a super soft, plush feel and is washable.
