1. Heat or cool your packs using the instructions card provided. Once you have gone through the process of heating the packs in your microwave once, you do not need to follow the gradual heating instructions again, as you will now know the optimal heating time for your microwave.
2. Place the packs into the Belt’s internal pockets.
3. Hold the non-velcro end of the Belt firmly to your hip, wrap the belt around your body, and secure the velcro to your comfort.
4. *Once secured, use both hands to gently move the belt into a position where the packs can target your exact pain points.
