We have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and placed back in its original packaging. Our mailers are designed to be reused a second time, making your return easier. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@hugandhealco.com. To help us process your return as fast as possible please include in your email your;

  1. Full name
  2. Order number
  3. Proof of purchase
  4. Reason for return and
  5. Return address

Please note, that a change of mind will not be an accepted reason for return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Incorrect size returns 

Should you request a return due to incorrect sizing, we will need to charge a $9.99 shipping fee to help cover the return shipping costs. As we are a small business and supply free shipping on all our orders, as well as do our very best to prevent incorrect sizing by explaining in our Size Guide how to measure and to size up for pregnancy and postpartum use, we cannot absorb this cost. 

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@hugandhealco.com.
